• 3pm:  Bride and Bridal Party arrive at Taylor Ranch for pre-ceremony pictures

• 4pm:  Groom and Groomsmen arrive at Taylor Ranch for pre-ceremony pictures

• 4:30pm:  Your guests begin to arrive and are greeted by a member of the Taylor Ranch Staff to show them to the ceremony site chosen specifically by you!

• 5pm: "I Do" -  Our Horse Drawn Carriage sets the stage for romance and delivers you to an aisle elegantly lined with fresh flowers inviting you walk down and exchange vows of marriage surrounded by your family and friends

• 5:30pm: At the conclusion of the ceremony, your guests are invited to the reception site of your choice for Hors d'ouves and a Cocktail Hour as you take your final ceremony pictures

  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages will be available for the entire evening

  • Alcholic Beverages Available Upon Request

• 6:15pm: Your Grand Entrace and First Dance at your Wedding Reception

• 6:25-6:45pm: Your time to welcome and mingle with your guests

• 6:45pm: Dinner is served!

  • Whether it be Slow Smoked Pork BBQ or Standing Rib Carving Stations, 

  • We have a variety of menus to choose from to please each palate

• 7:30pm: The Cutting of your Wedding Cake

• 8:15pm: Father/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son Dance

• 8:25: Toasts and Speeches

• 8:40-9:30pm: Mingle and Dancing

• 9:30pm: Bouquet and Garter Toss

• 9:50pm:  Your Grand Exit!

• 10:00pm: Guests depart Taylor Ranch with memories that will last a lifetime!
