We encourage you to fully maximize the use of our beautiful grounds to make your ceremony and reception truly memorable. From formal carriage ride with horse and driver to marshmallow campfire roasts, lakeside ceremonies and outdoor food service, there is no need to create a beautiful backdrop - it's here! We are prepared to host all your special needs and take care of every detail.
Everything from table linens to catering to entertainment and decorations. We will be happy to provide you with the names of local bakeries, florists, and photographers.
Plenty of Space
Our indoor, heated Lakehouse Post & Beam Pavilion can accommodate up to 400 seated at once, has a dance floor, red oak bar and stage. The windows are kept wide-open for those perfect summer, spring and fall days and are enclosed and heated for cooler weather.
Our open-air "Waterin Hole" Post & Beam Pavilion is surrounded by large hardwood and pine trees and is also equipped with a bar, stage area and dance floor and can accommodate approximately 125 seated guests.
You can increase the capacity with our well-placed, numerous picnic tables and of course, we can always bring in more! Taylor Ranch has held small parties of fewer than 100 and up to 5000.

Having my daughter's wedding at Taylor Ranch was a memorable experience. The beauty of the natural outdoor setting added to the overall atmosphere and ambiance of that special day. The event coordinator and staff were friendly and most accommodating, continually offering to help in any way possible. The bride arrived via horse and carriage which began the ceremony with a southern belle grace. After walking a path marked with shepherd hooks and pomanders, vows were made standing on the floating gazebo, decorated with matching flowers.
