Corporate Social Gatherings:
Planning a conference, convention, tradeshow, corporate retreat or company meeting in Asheville for your organization? Give yourself and your colleagues a break they'll enjoy and host an afternoon or evening event at Taylor Ranch.

Facilities:
We have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Planning a presentation or meeting? Our Lakehouse Pavilion can accommodate approximately 400 seated guests. For outdoor meetings with a more casual atmosphere, the Waterin' Hole Pavilion can accommodate approximately 125 seated guests. For more details about our facility, click here. We have several well-placed picnic tables, "camp fire" style seating and can always bring more tables. We've hosted small groups and large groups up to 5000 (see picture below from the 1999 Honda Hoot). The flexibility of Taylor Ranch is what makes it a unique location for corporate gatherings.

Catering:
We offer casual to fine catering options and can accommodate coffee and snack breaks for corporate meetings and events as well. See our Catering page for more details.

Activities:
In addition to our beautiful hiking trails, 7 acre lake and beautiful picnic meadows, we also offer plenty of activities to suit your group. Use them just for fun or team building. From volleyball to fishing, pig pickin or good ole barbecue, we have a full range of activities.

Entertainment:
We can also provide bands (of all kinds) for afternoon or evening events. Our Lakehouse Pavilion has its own dance area and full service bar.

Accommodations/Transportation: We are within 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and the Asheville Regional Airport. We can help you arrange bus or van transportation to and from the airport, downtown Asheville, other area venues to Taylor Ranch. Taylor Ranch is 1.5 hours from Charlotte and only 45 minutes to Greenville, South Carolina.

Audio-Visual:
We can provide basic audio-visual items. Please discuss your specific needs with the corporate planner.
